This is My Story
This is My Story

A therapist’s personal journey in finding his soulmate. This is my story. As I sit on a warm afternoon in #CoralGables drinking my cucumber cocktail at #Sawa restaurant and watching her take my picture, I can’t stop smiling and feeling so happy that I am with her.
How did we get here? Are we just lucky that we found each other? Or, are we enjoying the fruits of our labor that led us to be so happy together?
I believe luck and in how we decided to communicate with each other is what paved the way to our #success. Throughout a series of postings, I would like to share with you how we used my mental health techniques described in my book to avoid pitfalls to normal fear of uncertainties that come into play at the start of a new relationship. We used my mental health techniques to create a strong emotional and loving relationship.

My story is for educational purposes only. Comments or questions from my postings does not constitute a doctor/patient relationship. If you feel that you are in need of mental health counseling contact
